I feel compelled to point out that the majority of movies on my list did not feature Will Smith.

 

But you made a category specifically called "Will Smith Movies."

 

And we used to have a forum specifically called "The Arena." What's your point?

 

wocks, i'm pretty sure we passed the point where you could feign surprise at not having heard of something famous or popular sometime in 2004.

 

I don't understand at all how that's relevant. I'm just pointing out you obviously like Will Smith enough to single out movies starring him.

 

I don't even recall being on this website in 2004. Regardless, though, continue not believing me. This site happens to cater to a number of pretty niche tastes. BSG was a major event around these parts, and most of the world didn't know of anything beyond the original series, if they had heard of it at all. Likewise probably a half dozen other things. Including whatever "Sunshine" is.

EDIT: Really, guys? Your challenging the notion that someone may not have heard of a movie whose worldwide gross was only 32 million dollars? And you described this as "something popular?"

this is breathtakingly sad because it implies that the movie's genius is entirely an accident

or maybe im being too harsh and the guy was just a big fan of event horizon which i cant fault him for... the movie has a certain charm

to be fair i bring up sunshine around normies a lot more than i should (like i said its one of few movies i still own on dvd) and the usual case is that they've never heard of it
