Yeah, even with the cost of removal he's going to walk away with the majority of that $15k. There are worse ways to make a profit.

 

He sold his face on eBay, highest bidder could decide his tattoo, that's how he got it (I think someone bid $15k for the Romney tat). And after the Romney tattoo is removed, he said he'll put his face back up on eBay again. So it definitely wasn't a political thing

I've actually wondered that. I know the 22nd Amendment prohibits the President from more than 8 years, but what about the Vice President? Not that I'd ever see Biden doing it, but it is an interesting thought.

 

The 22nd Amendment doesn't set term limits for the VP. It's only in effect in the event the VP ascends to the presidency. I doubt many politicians would be eager to serve in such a de jure powerless position for more than eight years.

Well, yeah, but provided someone kept doing it over and over, they could probably amass a pretty significant amount of informal power that would eventually supercede a President's ability to restrain it entirely.

 

biden's would be an ultra-clownish presidency, full of giggles, yuk-yuks, and hee-haws.

I think I'd prefer Hillary because with her you get Bubba and he is the best weapon the Dems have. I would vote for Biden over anything offered by the GOP.

 

from a socialist perspective: who cares, whoever is chosen will continue to toe the line and aid in the corporate looting of this fading empire

from a sports commentator/wonk perspective: it would be interesting to see the elite try to control biden's penchant for accidental truth-telling if he were in the president's limelight rather than the VP's. even more interesting to note that ronald reagan's reputation in the media before he became president was roughly akin to biden's - both were compared to clowns and bumbling old fools. the difference of course being that reagan actually WAS a b-movie actor and a buffoon

 

Election Aftermath:
*49% of Republicans are officially delusional... think ACORN stole the election for Obama...the 2012 election... despite ACORN ceasing to exist back in 2009/2010...

*25% of Republicans want to secede, and 19% of Republicans "aren't sure." So patriotic, aren't they?

*At least only 32% of the country identifies as Republican (while 44% identify as Democratic).

*Just 18% of Republicans view Grover Norquist favorably (and just 15% of all Americans... though many either don't know him or have no opinion)
