OOC Out of Bounds (The ELL OOC Thread)

This is just a rumor I heard, but is it true that BCC and UC Bella Vistal both have a post season/ Bowl ban as a part of S16 sanctions against those school and thus cannot participate in either the S16 playoffs or the Carnation Bowl? Because that might give the StarBucks the chance they are looking for.

Though I would have to imagine that watching a team that was third place in its division win a conference title and represent that conference in "the Granddaddy of them all" could really irk an undefeated team/division champion that would crush a team of "tree people" if only they had thought things through better the year before and were allowed to play a bowl this season.

Oh wait. Never mind.

And things aren't done yet. There are still two more weeks of season left to go, and only I know how they shake out.

Well since posting once in a week to get your bonus roll is a sure way to throw your season I have decied to double down and post twice this week. It's not like I have anything to lose at this point.

 

Question I just got an idea for my next post but it involves putting Zeke up for MVP. Is that allowed or do I have to consult Trieste first?

 

Given the way your season is going I would think he is a candidate anyway. But yeah go ahead and send Trieste a PM.

 

I intend to post twice this week also, but I need to find time to write them.

Anybody can discuss anybody as a potential award candidate, but Trieste has the final say on who's actually nominated for the awards.

You may voice whatever opinions you like. I will confirm nor deny nothing. I do take people's recommendations about their team into consideration. You should know that rookie applies to first Elite League season, not to first pro season. So Zeke is technically a "rookie" too.

It looks like it. Oddly enough I kind of tacked that idea on at the end just to add some spice to the post. But I think I am going to run with it. I needed some new ideas after parts of my storyline got blown out of the water by the horrible Mercs record this year. It didn't even require a post-season berth, but a winless record tempered it quite a bit. The only worse thing for it would have been the Mercs winning a title this year as that would have totally killed it. Luckily there is no longer any danger of that.

 

Hold out hope. You can still hope for a major crash of the system and somehow find a magic way to edit the scores. Then you can brainwash us so that we accept that you won those games.

 

Quit giving me ideas

 

My hope is for next season or the one after that. Still trying to salvage what's left of my idea. I hadn't planned on getting rid of the GM and that is complicating things with this year's potential free agents. At least it gives me something to write about, especially after making Ryi Kor'le more of a focus again. I am already prepping "players" for the draft and am going through my FA list to see who I am keeping and letting go.
