Discussion Do you want a Disney Star Wars show?

If there was, it'd be about before episode VII. It'll talk about young Luke and Leia training to be master Jedi after the defeat of Vader & Sidious.

It'll tell how Luke met Mara Jade.

Plus a return of Obi-Wan, Anakin, Yoda, Qui-Gon & Windu.

Padme could even come back too.

Throughout the show, Luke & Leia learn about their family's histories before Anakin became Vader.

What are your ideas if this happened?

 

I'd say no for now. Down the road after the release of the new movies if they decide to go back and do something a la the Clone Wars cartoon that would be fine by me. I think it's all about the timing.

I don't think any of these ideas are liekly at all. They don't make sense -- Padme coming back???

Disney will eventually produce the Underworld show GL was working on. He had about a 100 scripts from various reports. It's about Boba Fett and will take place between ROTS and ANH.

 

Underworld needs to happen. I love that aspect of SW. To me the grit and darkness of SW made it spectacular. Things weren't always clean and tidy like a lot of comic book films. The moral ambiguity and layers of that made SW special.

If they do a show, it will be Underworld since the scripts are already written. If they do anything between Ep 6 & 7, it will be like TCW.

 

The UnderWorld series needs to happen. If a Disney series happens that takes place during the ST it won't come out until Episode 8 comes out

 

What I mean for the 5 Jedi are to come back as Force Ghosts guding Luke & Leia.

Padme won't be a force ghost like the Jedi just a spirit.

 

I think it could be good if they did a tv show set before the PT

 

Not keen on the Fett idea, but a series charting the Empire's consolidation of power, as well as the birth of the Rebel Alliance, during the 19 years between RoTS and ANH appeals to me more than anything else.

With regard to pre-PT ideas, for me it would have to be a Plagueis/Sidious film or series.

 

I say Rovio and Disney get together and create a full ABSW series. The shorts are absolute gems.

 

I honestly have never held much hope for Underworld seeing the light of day. Rick McCallums departure almost confirmed for me that plans for the show have been permanently shelved.
I'd totally be down for any animated series starring the OT characters.

 

Couple different levels or Sections per each movie?

 

Depends on how it's done. But I'll always want more Star Wars.
