I am. I'm just touchy about it this month. Hit 30 two weeks ago, after almost a year of my wife (who is seven years younger than I am) giggling about being married to an old man. Fun times.

I have to drive to my sisters later today to check on her kitty. I should think about leaving soon it's a two hour drive and I plan on stopping at the gym first, but I need a heart rate monitor. I can't remember what happened to my old one.

The gym is one of my favorite places! I don't have a membership anymore though. Just using my basement and the great outdoors for exercise these days.

 

I don't have a basement to use and the out doors this time of year is slippery and wet and I need to lose weight.
