I do try, RG. I find that if I can make somebody smile, or giggle, or laugh, or guffaw, then no matter how bad my own day might've been, it's still a good day.

 

You could brighten up my day even more by changing all the clocks in my office to say 5pm.

The ironic thing, is that's a nickname I used to have a LONG time ago...

By the way, an easier way to change her clocks to say 5pm is to teleport a clock in from the appropriate time zone. Some place, some where, it is the time you wish it was.

 

So it's a name you haven't heard in a long time...a long time.

 

This is why I'm in charge of nicknames.

 

Taking an hour break before starting work at the other place. Hopefully it's an easy night, hasn't been an easy day.

You have a ridiculously long day Swan. I remember back when I worked two jobs at a mall for almost a year. I had some long days, but I was younger and didn't have a family to come home and take care of. That's my second job now, but most of the time that doesn't seem like a job.

 

True, Bones. Sad the half of the building I'm working on doesn't have wifi and my device is having 'technical difficulties' But it's nice to know I can bug you guys when I get home and I brought a sw book to read for breaks. Yeah Runner I do. But meh. It's only the one day a week. Now I need to see if I can reschedule an appointment for tomorrow so I can visit my aunt and a friend who are both in the hospital.

 

I'm waiting for my x-ray results haven't heard anything yet and I find I'm more stiff then sore right now. Not sure if thats good or not...

Also, if it's stiff, it means your joint is swelling, which means your body is trying to repair the damage, Big Bird. I think that's a good sign.

Ya know, it strikes me as odd that most cultures in the galaxy would call Mando'ade as a whole a rather base society, and yet they're always surprised when we prove their stereotypical opinions right. *shrugs*

Not that I'm complaining, of course. I'm fully aware of how far into the gutter my mind strays.

Year is only 9 days old. He's just getting started.

 

Aw. I appreciate the sentiment vod, but you know we have no word for hero. What would make an aruetii a hero, we call a normal day at the office. We are both just simple men making our way in the universe you and I.
