Milk, please! And thanks, Joe, could just do with that!

Settled in alright in the Dorms, I hope? What's the Initiates' level like? I went straight to Padawan so I didn't get to stay in one of those.

    *Hands Tim Milk*.

The initiates level is a little odd. The rooms themselves are small, but since It's just me and Bones, the entire floor is rather spacious.

    Hot chocolate with Almond milk!

BultarSwan when I was 22 I was out of shape and overweight. I decided to do something about that. I went out and ran 8 minutes turned around and walked home. Every time the running got easier I would add a few more minutes. 5 years later I tackled my first marathon and I did have to walk parts of it. I ran some awesome races and marathons in my 30's, you can do anything you want! But it's also okay if you just want to do a 5k or spin class, or whatever.

You'll like the Padawans's level, I think; the rooms are a decent size in all dimensions -- and I've found them conducive to studying. How about you, RJR?

I don't quite like the Knights' level so much, I've got a Single, but I'm starting to feel like I'm going to rattle around in it!

Well, I doubt that it will be all that long for you now; and it won't be too long before Joe and Bones are moved up there.

*Takes very long pull at the Hot Chocolate, emptying the mug*

Very nice, Joe, just the way I like it. If anyone wants me, I'll be working on 'the project' in my ship for a while. Nice seeing you both!

*Gets up, bows to RJR then Joe, and heads for door.*

so you don't mind bunking with two kids between the ages 3 and 5 and a man o_OThere's a reason it's the biggest room on the level. Someone hasn't been paying attention to what goes on in that room.

    Thanks Joe :)

I finally finished another pair of socks yesterday, figure theres not too much I can right now. Hehe at least I have something productive to do

    Morning everyone.

Runner, there's a 'biggest loser' competition starting up at my work fairly soon but I'm not sure I want to participate. I have no one support and I think I would need that. I'm also dealing with a lot and don't want to add to it although I hear exercise can really help deal with stress.

Kids are a joy. The man can be a problem.

I wouldn't recommend the contest honestly. You may get intimidated that way. Best to go at your own pace.

I've participated on the Biggest loser competition at work, you set a limit for the amount of weight you want to loose and they tell you how to eat healthy getting you on the right track to weight loss. I think it's a great idea Swan. Once you start you can't stop and thats the mistake I made. Because it will come back if you don't continue to work at it.

Nah Anakin is well trained ;) But between Kasha, Anakin, Mekaila and Brice, the room is full I would think :p

I've got an appointment at 10 and then off to the hospitals to visit people then off to work after that. Another long day but at least I don't have to work the whole time.

Sweet, I'm the reason my parents got on track in the first place.

My dad took off seventy pounds and it's because he got on my scale at my place which is far more accurate then the one he had. Gave himself a shock. (made from glass and the numbers scroll up like a mechanical does only this one is electronic.) This was the time I had broken my ankle and I was laid up for almost two months. They came to help me out the first two weeks and we talked about how they can get on track.
