    I check everyday for the latest SW news and wonder which website will be the one where I find out who is directing Episode VII. That website, whichever one it is, will always have a special place in my heart.

    Honestly, I have my doubts about thjose alleged Tweets.

    She got the name of the company wrong if it was her, calling it Lucasfilms. Also, there was a Tweet with dates that was retracted quickly.I don't think she'd announce the date of her announcement. I think LFL would just submit a press release bomb and watch the reactions. So I don't know what to believe about the Twitter.

    That said, back in mid December she did say that she hoped she'd have something to announce in January, so we're waiting impatiently for a new, substantial update. Here's the "article" and a link to refresh memories:

    I too am very skeptical of those dates. In an era where circumstances change on the drop of a dime, no head of a major corporation should announce to the world a month a head of time that on such and such a date I will release to you important news. But who knows. [fingers and toes crossed]

    For what its worth Pablo Hilalgo tweeted last night something to the effect of X-Men First Class being a great movie. Perhaps he was watching it and just sharing his thoughts, but perhaps he is hinting about one Matthew Vaughn. Maybe there is an announcement that is imminent.

    It has been confirmed that Kathleen Kennedy is not on Twitter. There is a fake account out there. Sorry guys. Still I'm pretty sure she'll stand behind her words from the interview Echo-07 mentioned and there will be some announcements in the next 2 weeks.

    Yeah I was pretty certain that it was fake when whoever it was tweeted right after the Zack Snyder news something like, "There's enough room in the Star Wars sandbox for Zack Snyder and many others to play in." And then right after the Hollywood Reporter article the person tweeted, "The rumors of Zack Snyder directing a Star Wars movie are just that, rumors." It just screamed fake to me.

    P.S. I just checked the twitter page and it has been taken down, so yeah!
