There should be more positions than supervisors and administrators, though...

 

They supervise the supervision.

They all do different things, project to project basis. So a supervisory aide would help a supervisor complete a project. An administrator would oversee and assist, and anyone above that would oversee more than one project at a time.

 

I mean I should have underlings below all that...maybe Intelligence and ISB should fold into COMPNOR...?

 

Grand Vizier, we will discuss this another time, when the other High Council has had a chance to look it over.

COMPNOR and ISB are a now symbiotic structure. They will not be combining. It gives them an opportunity to both do their necessary tasks, and to further spread out their abilities.

I think also there should be only 4 of Lord Generals, Grand Admirals, Viziers, Bureau Directors, and Grand Moffs. They will Form the Council of Twenty to advise the High Council.
