Or you could just go to the swapmeet and buy all your stuff back...Seriously, I don't see what else you can do other than getting one of the fancier burglar alarms that calls the cops when it goes off or the internet surveillance system that allows you to see what's going on in your house when you're not home. If you do get burgled, you can see the robbers and have photos to give to the cops. It may help get your stuff back.

I remember that story. Jesus you were lucky. Could you imagine this place without you?

We had our apartment broken into during the day and I'm pretty sure it was by someone we knew at the time and had helped out.
It sucked. Thankfully we were poor when it happened.

burglarized sounds cooler to me, dopey as it may be. burgled sounds like something that took place inside my throat. i will let you folks decide what exactly that might be.

I'm assuming there was some sort of party in your mouth, and precious few were invited?

Or maybe that's what happened to Alex Murphy's throat first time he spoke as Robocop?

see, i would totally use that. i would also use "robbered", because it sounds like "rubbered" which sounds kinky.

Burgled sounds like something the Hamburgaler would say. Burglarized at least makes the situation sound more serious.

like getting your hamburgers stolen isn't serious.

it isn't. if it was the pizzaburglarizationer on the other hand, then there would be a problem.

well i think both are serious. it's just that there are degrees of seriousness, like the terror threat level color chart thing. a pizza being burgled would be yellow for cheese, while a hamburger being robberized would be a slightly darker yellow for mustard.

no no no, a pizza burglarizationization should be RED for tomato sauce and severity of offense. do you not agree, my friend?
