In for the day. No holiday for me.

I'm here, Abby is off today we might walk to a local park later since its going to such a nice day.

Tuesday is better than Monday. That's what I'm telling myself.

Yes it is! Trying to decide if I should sew now or after my appointment....

 

I pinned all the pieces together in preparation for sewing, now to get ready for my appointment.......

 

Finally in for the day. I was waiting around at home...for another car delivery from my parents. Added another car to the fleet! This one's not as cool as the wood-paneled station wagon, but is a white 1989 Toyota Camry. It has some sort of electrical problem, which hopefully won't cost too much to fix. And the brake light is on. And the driver side window doesn't quite go all the way up. So, provided it can be salvaged to be a running, reliable car, it will be a good 3rd car.

Anybody want to buy the 1979 station wagon? (Happy camping family not included).

 

You can't sell that! It's VINTAGE now!

 

We should donate the station wagon to the fire department. Then we could watch as they train and chew it up with the Jaws of Life.

 

Ask the 'movie car' guys see if it's a close match to Family Vacation one or not.

The one in vacation is green but I bet it could be painted the right color

 

My car is a pale green...close but not as dark green as the movie car.

And it's close, but not quite the same. Apparently that movie car was a Ford LTD Country Squire. Pretty close, though!
