Full Series Does this look infected? Best Season 3 Episode Poll!

'Other' is getting quite a few votes, what happens if that wins or comes second?

 

It won't because if you vote 'Other' you have to say which one you voted for and then that episode gets a vote.

 

Hilarity ensues.

 

The only one that appeals to me is Monster.

 

I recently finished watching season 3 on DVD (for the second time) and I have to say the last two were probably the best with "Wookiee Hunt" being the better one. Season 3 is the best season so far.

 

I'm going with Monsters. Its a close call with ARC Troopers cuz I love Domino Squad but I really liked Monsters. That's one episode that really broke formula. Its rather horrifying seeing this contest to pick a man to turn into a superweapon. Savage's intro into the series gives me such feels. He protects his brother, it drives him to win the contest, then Savage is transformed into the title monster and kills his brother. Ventress is super sinister and a messed up sadist in this one. Then Savage's attack and slaying of the Jedi including that Padawan was pretty messed up. I still swear I can see blood drops flying from those clones.

 

I'm very surprised that 'Clone Cadets' has zero votes so far. That was a great episode.

 

It's because there were Commando Droids there.

 

That doesn't make any sense.

How is it a continuity error?

 

"Just what I thought, looks like one of those new Commando droids."

"Those clankers have tough armour!" - inferring that this is news to Cody.

These droids are apparently so new that they have them fully integrated into Kamino's training facilities.

 

Oh, you meant that. It didn't bother me so much at all and I think that's the case for some others as well. I doubt people wouldn't vote for that episode just because of that continuity error.

I was mostly joking - it was actually nice to have an episode focused on clone training - and to use Domino squad to show that was smart. It's just such a blatant error that could have been so easily avoided that it makes me facepalm. It's not like they had to dig up EU material to discover this, it's in the episode their making a damn prequel to!

+ great introduction to a new character in Savage
+ Ventress was a huge bitch and she played it to perfection as expected
+ Cameo to Darth Maul
+ The gladiator/arena style test,Ventress put the men through was amazingly executed
+ Savages transformation was pure gold.
+Savage killing his own brother in a twist of emotions ; how sad.
+Talzin the witch.

God Monster was one of my least favorite episodes of the season.

 

LOL same.

 

Overlords, no other episode in the entire show ties into the prequel movies as much as that one.

 

I've started watching every season of TCW in order and I started on season three today, I've gotten half way and I've noticed that there are quite a lot of episodes based around politics and the Senate, which I thought I would find quite boring, but they're actually quite good, especially when you have Grievous and his group of Decepticons infiltrating Coruscant Plus pretty much all of those episodes have been about undercover missions, which have been really great to watch.

 

Watching the show chronologically spreads out that "block" of episodes we got in the first half of Season 3. It works much better watching them in their proper order.

 

Cool, me and DLT are gonna tackle more of that soon. Maybe I'll appreciate the weak stuff more.

 

Was going to vote for “The Citadel” but then I remembered how much Ashoka’s presence on that mission annoys me. Instead my vote will go to “Nightsisters” because Ventress is an interesting villain and it’s nice to see her character fleshed out.

 

I love Ventress but that entire arc is a nightmare. Same with Mortis.
