Isn't this horrific? Look at the pain he is going through.

It should be illegal for parents to force such severe pain and body modification on their children. This is abuse. The child didn't choose it. He won't be able to change it. Yeah, he can try to get rid of the tattoo when he's older (expensive and will leave scarring), but it still takes away his rights.

 

But what about his foreskin? WHAT ABOUT HIS FORESKIN????
