New preview of "The Lawless":

 

I like the Satine model. Man every moment with Obi Wan in this episode looks to be hilarious. He's got his old charm back.

 

Satine's hair looks a little weird, but it's cool.

 

Yes! Can;t wait! ^^

 

I don't care about the stupidity of bringing Maul back, I don't care about the continuity issues; this episode is shaping up to be very enjoyable.

 

Awkward elevator scene: Classic.

 

Not impressed at that humour, though loved the Twilight scene.

 

After seeing what the people look like on Mandalore, I'm pretty sure Mandalore will be easy to take over.

 

AGH! Obi-Wan! I could smack you! Why didn't you hug her back? Jerk!
FWIW, I love her hair! Finally seeing it down is a relief. And I'm really pleased with the new model, bcuz Satine's old model lacked emotion (aside from glares toward her Obi).

That scene could have come right out of ANH. Very well done!

I really hope that Satine and Obi-Wan's relationship gets some closure before she dies. I'd hate for her character to be thrown away before she fulfills all her potential.

 

Copying the saga isn't my issue...

Its beyond "I'm having a hard time"; now it's: I do not want. Skywalker/ 501st doing any hunting of Jedi should have been handled by the films. Period. If Skywalker does any of that in TCW, then I'm going to be even more ticked off that the ROTS scene was altered to remove Anakin from Palpatine's office before the Posse shows up. TCW general discussion thread is a better place for this, if you would like to dive any deeper...


Oh, and on the Bo-front, I totally agree... been sayin as much for two weeks now.

To add to what I said earlier, Obi Wan's role in this arc seems to be mainly to lighten the mood and provide us with a few laughs, since otherwise it's a very dark and brooding story. I appreciate it as it's a nice breath of fresh air and it makes the episode more memorable. It will probably make me forgive the fact that Obi Wan and Maul will undoubtedly have another pointless encounter somewhere in The Lawless.

I'm sorry to hear that. But I've moved beyond being the last Randy fan. I worship Him now. I am an Opressor 'til I die.

I really don't want her to be the new Mandalore.

Remember this is the same viper pilot chick who along with death watch, burned and attacked a village and its people, even though said people had done them no wrong.

She is evil.

She had no problem with working with a certain evil man.

It's not good to have a Mandalore who has no problem with working with evil and is willing to intentionally hurt innocents as long as it benefits their twisted ideology.

 

Exactly. While Bo-Katan is an intriguing character, her actions on Carlac are inexcusable.

Ventress has done far worse..
but I don't think most people on here consider Ventress "evil" anymore...
Even good 'ole Obi-wan gave her a "get out of jail" free card.

 

Love Obi-Wan and Satine in this clip. Looks like this will easily be the best episode yet.
