Pats/Panthers was the worst 3 and half quaters ever. Then the greatest ending ever. Maybe not ever, but it was real good.

    My least fave Super Bowls were broncos/Niners, broncos/falcons, broncos/redskins, packers/steelers, bucs/raiders.

i found them boring because of the teams involved. while i hated the pats, i was extremely meh about the other two teams. and i just couldn't see them having a chance at beating the pats, so i just didn't bother. i honestly didn't even watch the second half of the panthers game, because i was so utterly bored. i did at least watch the eagles game, and in probably the only time i'll ever do so, i still side with TO on what happened with mcnabb. especially after how insanely hard owens worked to get on that field.

    I'm sensing a bit of a pattern here... Not a Bronco's fan?

Not a bronco hater. But I wasn't a fan of those matchups. You'll note I didn't list broncos/giants or broncos/packers. Those were desirable matchups IMO.

San Fran technically has the better team but I have this gut feeling Baltimore is gonna take this Super Bowl win for themselves.

I'm definitely not seeing this as a foregone conclusion. I don't put it beyond Lewis or Flacco to step up in key moments. And I definitely don't put it beyond Kaepernick to make key mistakes. Let alone Akers *shudders*. We'll see. I've never been this invested in a Super Bowl before so this'll be interesting.

the thing about Flacco is he's usually underrated, he's been consistent just about every season. and we both know this is Ray Lewis last game, he's gonna be like an un caged tiger.

Yeah for sure. Who knows what Lewis will be like. And yes, I agree that Flacco is quietly underrated. The passes he made in that Denver game were fantastic. It's ability like that which scares me. Because sometimes it only takes one big play, and he has those in him when he wants to.

    What I want to happen:
Ray Lewis will sack Colin Kaepernick on the first play of the first drive, and Kaepernick will be forced to leave the game with a sprained ankle. Alex Smith will throw for five TDs, and the 49ers will win 45-3.

    What I think will happen:
    Baltimore 28, San Francisco 24. Kaepernick throws a pick-6.

that would be awesome.. Alex Smith got the proverbial "shaft" this season.

and both coaches are so unlikeable so you cant even pick a team based off of coach hate. lol

yes he is, I feel there are quite a few NFL qurter backs who are underrated and don't get the love they deserve.. Eli Manning is another example.. Everyone is to busy hanging on Aaron Rodgers bag.

I disagree that the Harboughs are unlikable, though. I find it vaguely hilarious that Jim looks furious even when something great happens :p

I would let Jim Harbough DP my line of scrimmage to get a sack any day.
