Full Series Unpopular TCW Opinions

I mean I'm alright with him as the clones, even though I prefer Temuera Morrison (Battlefront II has me ruined me that way).

I'm just saying it's excruciating when every single alien in the cantina sounds the same, especially when he's already the voice of an entire army- the same goes for when Taber, Lanter, Eckstein and just about any other VA try to pass off as someone other than their major character. So far the only two who I'm convinced have the versatility to go at least partially unnoticed are Futterman and Taylor.

Either way, another unpopular opinion? Hunt for Ziro is an awesome episode. It's just too damn funny.

 

The first half of S3 isn't that bad at all. There's many nice episodes and moments in it.

 

I don't entirely hate Padme or political episodes and wish there were more of each (albeit made more relevant to the war).

 

Sphere of Influence, Corruption, and Evil Plans are all pretty bottom-of-the-barrel IMO, but Clone Cadets and ARC Troopers are great, Supply Lines has grown on me a lot, Hunt for Ziro is a great episode despite featuring Ziro, and Heroes on Both Sides is perhaps the best I've seen SW do politics. The first half of S3 was worse than the first half of S1 and S2, but still had some great episodes.

 

Corruption and Pursuit of Peace are the only two episodes where I felt they should just not have existed. How TCW crew couldn't recognise the failure in those two eps, I don't know.

 

TCW actually made "Corruption" more relevant. We have to keep it now.

 

Oh yeah, I'm glad this Shadow Conspiracy arc made the Season 3 duology matter. "Corruption" still sucks, it's just not pointlessly sucking now. Which is a step up in my book.

And I always liked "The Academy".

 

"Academy" is the better of the two although that isn't saying much IMO. I wonder what those Cadets have been eating...

 

I actually liked the cadets. And the showdown with Almec at the end is great. My only real problem with the episode is Soniee's magic cloak-remover device, mainly for the fact that there was NO point in including it. They could just have had Almec's cloak fall off while he was escaping.

They've been eating their protein, obviously.

 

The Savage and Maul Versus Darth Sidious duel was terrible.

Lawless was the worst episode out of the Maul/Mandalorian Trio....and, actually I wasn't a fan of that episode.

 

Ziro is awesome.

 

And drinking lots of milk? =b

Those cadets just bore me. Man, when I was in school substitute teachers feared me.

 

Ha ha. I was the kind of student who would less torment my substitute teachers and more just not do anything. When I got in trouble, it was for doing something big.

 

Savage is boss and should have survived the clone wars

 

I hope Ahsoka survives the current arc and Ventress gets killed by her.

 

Corey Burton is the definitive Count Dooku.

 

Edit: but seriously, that must be trolling.

 

unfortunately him and Maul got absolutely tooled by Palps.

they even sent Savage away with a nice sendoff. At the end, the viewer knew that deep in his heart it wasn't really for him.

The S2 Boba Fett trilogy was actually pretty good.

We need a Yularen-centric episode.

 

I really like "Ambush". I just think they should have saved Yoda for much later in the series.

 

Jar Jar was great in Season 1. I'm at the Ryloth arc so I don't know what he is like later on.

 

Jesse or Tup should get promoted to ARC Trooper and replace Echo as Fives' partner.
