Yeah the superbowl holds a minor portion of my interest. I only look forward to the food that will be consumed and the superbowl commercials for entertainment.

Mostly the same here, but I do want to say this just once....

    GO RAVENS!

Yeeeeeep. Start of third quarter, Ravens receive at end zone...and run all the way to the other end zone to make it 28 to 6.

Think its safe to say that the Ravens got this.

EDIT: And half the power in the stadium goes out immediately after. I think some 49ers fan got angry.

The power going out was a rare trick play created by Jim Harbaugh called the "Harbaugh Sabotage". Overall though the game was great. Came down to the last minutes like a Super Bowl should

Yeah, found it surprising that the score ended up being 34-31. Ah well, Ravens won like I figured when I gave up so nothing really changed; the 49ers just had a bit more fight left in them :p

Eh, I got half-price boneless buffalo wings at the diner right down the street from me. And since my sister works there the drinks are free :p

Watched Zero Dark Thirty last night - very well-made movie. Excellent performances and an excellent counterpoint to jingoistic Call of Duty.

I've been wanting to see that. I've heard nothing but great reviews about it and a regular customer who saw it during its early release was saying a lot of good things about it two weeks ago at work :p

Admittedly, I much prefer Yoda in ESB (ep V), where he is shown imparting wisdom and the ways of the force, over 'combat Yoda' (ep II & III), although it was nice to see at least once. Of course, a movie about Yoda sitting around for two hours, wether in a mud-hut or a temple, would be boring...so what does that leave us with? *sigh* Let's hope they have some really good writers on this one. If we're doing Episode VII, we might as well have it stand on its own. Bringing back Ford, Hamill et al would really only be...weird. Anyways, the whole Skywalker saga is over as far as the films are concerned. Give me something new!

What I most dread about a stand-alone Yoda movie is the inevitable return of those obnoxious "Who da man? YODA man!" ads.

Frankly, I can see only one possible explanation for this:

Somehow I managed to miss those YODA man ads :p Either that or this is another case of me having been able to erase them from my memory in order to keep my sanity intact.

On a completely unrelated note, guess what MMO decided to go free-to-play yesterday? TERA! After downloading the giant 35GB game, I'm ready to take on a new adventure with my friends as a Popori! :D

Meh, the only MMO's I ever played are STO and World of Tanks. And I only still play the latter. :p

Does make you wonder about not only current MMOs but any future MMOs that aren't WoW when nearly all the others are going free-to-play :p
