Yeah, helps that we've got one guaranteed vote But then Sey/Bardan do as well. Possibly two?

 

In a case such as this, I believe the vote should be delivered by the Aide since it might be a conflict of interest.

 

Actually they don't even have one. Sey isn't a Senator, and Bardan was the BMC Senator before he moved to VC.

Hasn't this happened before, though? Often Senators run for Chancellorship, and then vote for themselves, correct?

 

If Skyguy wins, who gets senator of the BMC after Skyguy leaves? Is it another election? I love elections!

 

If Bardan is any example, I would (hypothetically) approach someone with the offer to take over.

 

The BMC would then decide for itself who the new Senator would be. It need not be by election.

Unless they decide to abstain. The voting is done in private so no one would know but the person counting the ballots. This time around that will be Adalia-Durron

Lately a consensus is typically reached in most threads without the need for anything so messy as an election. Often times because there are not enough people who actually want to represent a thread or fanclub in the Senate.
