    Yes, it's that. I don't know about other cats but my cat used to have a grand time unrolling TP so I had to switch to under.

    Haha, thought so. I don't have a cat now, but we did when I was growing up and she went nuts doing that too.

    She also enjoys taking paper tissues out of the box one by one and either shreds them or soaks them in her water bowl to toss around while playing. This has forced me to put the box of tissues upside down if I don't want to have the place covered in soggy bits of paper.

    One of the types: over or under can sometimes cause the roll near the end to keep rolling all the way off onto the floor.

    I hate that!

    I don't know which one it is though.

    I'm not sure which one it is either, but I love that!

    I was so amazed when I first saw it, I finished my business and called my sister into the bathroom to show her the magical event transpiring before me.

    "Look at it! It just keeps going!" I said. It was like perpetual motion to my childhood brain.

    But I don't care which way, over or under.
