    I don't think he was that bad of an actor, considering the material he was given. What do you guys think?

    Don't know - haven't seen in anything else.

    Didn't like "him" in AoTC, I grew to appreciate his performance in ROTS. Don't know if the "shortcomings" were his, the script, or the directing.

    Now, do we really need another thread on this?

    He pulls off the facial expressions, particularly anger (A key emotion for Anakin/Vader) very well. He just doesn't always deliver his lines correctly.

    Still, I think they made the right choice choosing him, so I vote yes.

    Why the hell not? We haven't had such a thread in at least a month, and I'm sure someone will be able to make a point that hasn't been made in the many other threads in the exact same topic.

    The answer is no, they should have resurrected Sebastian Shaw's corpse and have Ewan and Natalie carry him around like those guys on Weekend at Bernie's.
