Full Series OT Characters in TCW

I've only seen a couple seasons of The Clone Wars so far, but I've noticed they put in a decent amount of characters from the OT. Just wondering who all they've used so far in the episodes I haven't seen.

Obviously, people like Anakin, Obi-Wan and Yoda don't count, I'm talking about characters that were mainly featured in the originals. I've seen Tarkin, Admiral Ackbar, Bossk, Dengar, and Yularen. Probably forgetting someone.

 

I want to see Thrawn.

 

That would be awesome.

Having Tarkin in this show is a pleasant surprise and I wonder if we will see the likes of Ozzel and other Imperial commanders down the line. Depending on their age.

She's had mostly minor roles in a few episodes. Usually a few lines of dialogue at most If any Senate character seems to get a main role it's Padme or Bail. She's usually supporting them.

 

I'd like to see Tiaan Jerjerrod as a low-ranking official/Tarkin's b****, although I don't know how he is portrayed in the EU or if he was even alive during the Clone Wars.

 

Well it's not like they're is many OT characters to have cameos....

Zahn did say he wanted to write an episode about Anakin meeting Thrawn, but up till now he has not been invited by Filoni.

 

That would be great to have a episode written by Zahn involving Thrawn!

 

I disagree. I don't think Thrawn would work in TCW. I'd rather Zahn write another novel.

 

I didn't think Tarkin would work in TCW either. But it did. I can see Filoni and Co making it work.

Would that stop them? Doesn't Ackbar's appearance in TCW conflict his EU backstory?

 

Ozzel did have a fairly major role in the In Service to the Republic comic story arc.

She also appeared and was mentioned by name in Assassin.

 

In the ANH novel. Red Leader tells Luke that he flew alongside his father. Lets see that

The birth of Luke and Leia was kept a secret from everyone except Bail, Obi-Wan, Yoda, Breha, Owen and Beru. Everyone else was supposed to believe that Padme died before giving birth, and add to that that Anakin was a Jedi and no one except those mentioned (as well as Palpatine and Vader himself) knew of his secret with Padme and that he would be a father.

That line was removed from later editions of the films for a reason.
