I'm about the same, its kinda a weak cold but still inconvenient and just in time for the weekend. My face feels like there like there are heavy weights sitting on it from the sinus pressure.

I'm just in the process of fighting the family cold by cooking some chicken soup with ginger and garlic. Not only does the soup help at least a wee tiny bit, cooking it also lets me satisfy my darker desires by cutting fresh meat. Hah!
Seriously, chicken soup works wonders against sneezing and coughing. Unfortunately it doesn't help against facial pains caused by defective mandibular joints. The only recipe against *that' is smashing one's head into a wall.
