Anyway, I go with "Revenge is a confession of pain." because revenge is such a key concept to the conflicts in the Star Wars universe. This fortune cookie goes to show how the villains are more multi-faceted than they might first appear.

Um....TCW is EU.

EU refers to any star wars material that isn't the 6 films.

I don't understand this mentality of some, that think the "EU" just refers to the star wars books, comics, and video games.

And if the EU isn't real star wars, then neither is TCW. Which then means, the only real star wars are the films.

 

Hmmm. Well I consider anything made by George Lucas to be the true Star Wars. Which would be the movies, certain games, and this show

You should also know that without the Thrawn Trilogy, there's a very real chance that the original three films is all you would have had (well, and the Ewok/Droid cartoons).

What about when Lucas dies? Does Star Wars go with him? What about the things in the films that didn't come from Lucas?

I don't care that you don't like the EU, just that your reasoning for doing so is flawed, and I feel compelled to point that out.

 

No, I probably wont. Not in the same sense that I like E1-6, the games, and TCW. I mean I like the comics and novels, but not anywhere near the same degree as GL's Star Wars.

Not necessarily. Not if its left in capable hands. Dave Filoni for instance I defiantly trust with the series. Idk about anyone else....

Also, Geore Lucas will always be with us as a force ghost. So we will always have GL Star Wars

I love the Maker too. After all, he's the frakkin' Maker. Only thing is he made Phantom Menace. 2 hours of proof that he can truly misunderstand what makes good entertainment.

 

Yeah, The best Star Wars film ever! He tried to make good entertainment, ended up making a master piece.
