Cad Bane does he contradict the EU

Took me a second to figure out what this was depicting.

 

Whatever it is, it isn't Duros.

I compared it to the two in Chalmun's cantina.

 

I've read every post in this thread, and here's what I've learned:

British people are liars
Hats contradict EU
Crucifixion is an accepted method of dealing with Duros.
Cad Bane is an alien of some sort. Still waiting on specifics.

I can't believe no one has compared Cad Bane to the Duros in Jabba's Palace yet.

 

That's because she's female. Duh. They look completely different to one who studies Duroi.

 

I know we can compare Duros to the two Duros in Chalmun's Cantina in Episode IV to make sure that they're Duros, but what does it feel like feel like to be a Duros? Until George Lucas comes out with the feel-o-vision version of the movies, those two Duros in Chalmun's Cantina in Episode IV won't be able to help us answer that question.

 

You know those novelty sponge things you can buy, where they're tiny when you get them but then when you put them in water they grow to five hundred times their original size? I bet Duros feel like that, plus a kind of malaise, like when you go somewhere and it's not quite what you expected. Not bad, but not quite what you need, either. It feels like a vague, expandible spongy emptiness to be a Duros, I bet. That's why Cad Bane has breathing tubes. They supply him not with air, but atmosphere.

Before reading this thread I would have said Duros, but now I'm not so sure....

I compared him to the duros in Chalmun's Cantina and noticed that the Duros in the cantinia didn't wear hats. If Cad Bane is indeed a Duros from Duro why is he wearing a hat?

We have already confirmed, with absolute proof, that Cade Bane is in fact duros, not chiss, and that he doesn't contradict the EU.
