Worst characters in TCW?

Mace isn't even worthy to wield a lightsaber.

 

He has a purple blade, dude. That alone makes him worthy.

He wasn't worthy. That's why Maul put him in his place and took it for himself.

Actually Grevious isn't a robot. He's a cyborg, look him up on Wookiepedia and read about his life before joining the Separatists.

 

Robot, cyborg, same thing. Point is he's 95% metal.

 

Actually Robots and Cyborgs are different. Robots are completely artificial while Cyborgs are only part artificial whether it's 95% artificial or not.

He's sometimes referred to as the "droid general" but that's supposed to mean he is the "general of the droids". As clearly illustrated in ROTS, he is not a droid.

 

Gunray has called him a droid, which really pisses him off.

If Grievous is a droid, then so is Vader, imo.

I'm cool with cyborgs, it's clones that I find abominable.

Because, frankly speaking, she's a naive idiot and a hypocrite. "Hurr Durr, we must save Godzilla because it's the last of it's kind, and no, by the way, our soldiers' lives aren't worth killing one animal for." I take it she's vegan? Oh, wait, no she isn't. She pays for animals to be killed so she can eat them, which is a far less justifiable cause than saving potentially thousands of sentient lives.

Also, she apparently can't be bothered to pay her own employee well, and then makes a speech in the Senate blaming everyone but herself for the fact that she is poor. And everyone applauds. What the hell?!

The naive idiot part comes in from where she is demanding that the Senate vote down the production of more clones. Ignoring the mind-boggling stupid idea that a mere 5 million soldiers could have even a tiny impact on a galactic-sized economy (our one little planet has more active soldiers than that right now). She knows what Dooku is. She knows who Grievous is. Please explain why in the infinite hells she could possibly see any other outcome from them besides "Republic is weak, go for the throat.". What, does she think Grievous, the Supreme Commander of the Droid Army, is ever going to lay down his lightsabers? That Dooku, a Sith Lord, will ever stop? That Gunray et. all plan to put all this effort in and then just give up?

Finally, she goes into negotiations without even being prepared to recognize the other party as legitimate. What does she expect to negotiate, then?

 

Wow... I'm sure Mace could take you down in a lightsaber fight before you could even complete that sentence....

 

Hmmm, it's hard to find a character that I dislike in TCW.

Me too. He seems to be one of the few to recognize that duels are for fools, and that what matters in a war is winning it.

He does need to kill more Jedi, though.

 

Are you watching a different Grievous from me? He constantly sets up duels.

1. Surrounds Obi-Wan on Utapau with 1,000 droids. Challenges Obi-Wan to 1-on-1 duel.
2. Surrounds Eeth Koth with MagnaGuards. Challenges Eeth Koth to 1-on-1 duel.
3. Surrounds Asajj on Dathomir with 1,000 droids. Challenges Asajj to 1-on-1 duel.

 

1. Tries to sick Magna-Guards on him first. Retreats when the enemy gets the upper hand.
2. Uses Magna-Guards to hit him from behind during the duel.
3. Is challenged, attacks with droids when the enemy has the upper hand.

 

Agreed. Probably the biggest flaw with this show IMO

 

Grievous would be much better if he wasn't such a coward

 

Can't fault the way he did it, though. Blade lock, then bring out the gun.
