Remember guys, the War on Women was a false and shameless meme whipped up by Obama's campaign to steal the election.

 

As it happens, I know the Pastor and his wife quite well, thanks to a Craigslist casual encounter ad. Let me assure you, this proclamation is coming from her.

 

Odd. In my reading of the Bible I found that the Hebrews were led religiously and politically by a woman named Deborah, who was a Judge appointed by God to lead them. Another oddity God used a woman over a man to save them in the form of Jael who slew the enemy leader. And also odd considering Proverbs 31's description of a virtuous wife includes her doing such things as business, farming, manufacturing, making money, along with raising a family. So for her to stay at home and just make food would not rank her very highly on that list. And then when I reach the New Testament and read of Paul's dealings with Priscilla and Aquilla, a husband and wife in the tent making business... I find that Priscilla is mentioned before her husband every time and is shown as the dominant member of the pair. And both founded churches with Paul and Priscilla even more accurately instructed Apollos in the faith.

Some times I wish pastors would read the Bible, it really helps a lot.

I get they want to look hip and use quotes they younger generation knows... but do they realize the context of the quote insinuates that THOSE ARE the cuts the American people are looking for? I mean if your going to pander at least do it right.
