I had started knitting booties, but so be it.

 

So. Right now my Zoey, five years old already, is snoozing away, resting on my shoulder as I type. Time is a curious thing, because she was only five months, five weeks, five days, five minutes old yesterday. Which is insane, because Zara will be two years old in May, and Xander was eight weeks old yesterday. It's one of those timely-wimey things. It's completely insane, and completely sane. Nothing will be better. BUT! Keep this in mind, some random thing C sent me, from a blog I think; I feel like I am my kids second favourite person in the whole world...and everyone else is their first favourite. And it does feel like that at times. BUT! (Again) Zoey is on my shoulder, no one else's.

 

Awwww. Look at you being all sentimental.

(I got teary, but that was probably just the hormones.)

 

I know right. Parenting changed me.

Having said that, the light of my tablet annoyed Zo and she rolled off my shoulder. Apparently she was on a nerve or something because it hurts like **** now. You have all this to look forward to, dear Carmen.
