How come the background is Empire if it is named "Jedi Counsil Forums"??

    Grimby set it up. I think the banner/style was originally called 'Mighty Empire' on the IGN boards.

    It fit the initial color scheme I developed for the new boards, so we went with it. A change couldn't hurt though.

    That's not tremendously feasible with the new software because... well, feel free to ask about what happened when we broke the style management system on the Temp Boards. :p

    The boards were basically a non-functioning mess for 72 hours, and that was caused by overwhelming the board style controls. Then later the boards became a non-functioning mess for another long stretch of time because there were too many styles.

    Xenforo really hates style changes, is what I'm getting at here. :p

    The Xenforo site advises that you only have a minimum of styles. When you add or do a major update to a style Xenforo rebuilds all of the style templates. And if you have a lot that can lead to issues - see posts above about breaking the temp boards.

    JCC changed it more often than that... kinda miss that, to be honest. The mighty empire has gotten pretty old and stale.
