Why is this thread labeled as a Clone Wars thread?

Yeah, I was wondering about this show. Since disney owns star wars now. I'm wondering if this show is going to get canceled before it even airs, and even if it doesn't. Which channel would it air on.

 

I think the 20 min lego shows (Padawan Menace etc) are funnier than this....

 

I think it will be announced as being part of a Star Wars block on Disney XD with Clone Wars.

 

It is curious that there has been literally no publicity or talk about this show since it was revealed.

As far as I'm concern, I hope Disney cans it, but what I'm I saying, it's Disney. They need material for their newer channels (like XD, Jr, etc) and it's Star Wars, so they'll probably air somewhere.

I too had been wondering if this was getting canned. Not a peep since it was announced, and I thought the reveal trailers were really quite bad.

 

I don't have a problem with this show as I consider it along the same vein as "Robot Chicken" and those "Family Guy" versions. I also don't have a problem with the Lego Show Versions, but I don't watch those. I feel that TCW is the "real canon" for Star Wars and we should always have a version of that, but these "comic relief" versions are a fun to have.

 

I still wanna see this show. Maybe if it goes to Disney XD they can do a SW night with The Clone Wars.

 

detours was a horrible idea. i hope it gets cancelled. The figures and models just looked awfully amateurish. Like crap. There is no need to make such crap in expensive 3D. If i want watch something like that, i would watch pinguins of madagaskar TV series. 2D is enough for such crap.
