VIDEO Has anyone here ever imported a videogame before?

    If so, was it really expensive? Worth the extra price?

    I ask this because I want to buy an import copy of Final Fantasy III from Japan (the UMD has an english language option) but its $50 plus on ebay on other sites.

    I could buy it digitally for $20, but I really hate the digital option because I feel if the service goes, then you can't get it back.

    Any experience in importing or really good sites for importing videogames?

    Make sure it's compatible with whatever you want to play it on. I know PS2 games purchased in the US will not play on a UK PS2, for example.

    I bought some imported dbz games for ps2. I installed a
    mod chip in it for that purpose.
