This episode was bad and anyone who liked it should feel bad.

9 because while it was a good episode there were too many plotholes for my tastes.

yep, because one rating below average at the time you wrote this constituted a lotta haters.

 

I gave it an 8 because it was good but not as good as some of the other episodes in Season 5.

The animation and political happenings were the only good points to this ep IMO. The rest made my IQ fall a few points. Don't get me started on the abrupt 180 from Barriss...

I say this to anyone who finds this episode unworthy. There is 22 minutes that is it. I don't relish in Dave's or the writers limited timeframe. I wish this TCW was a hour long.

 

Twenty-two minutes was more than enough time to damage the characterization of the Jedi Council and Barriss Offee, ruin further canon, poorly portray the Republic justice system, and compromise Ahsoka's struggle―the driving plotline of the entire episode and larger story arc―at the finish line with executive dialogue meddling.

 

Average is 5/10. Median. don't start another one of those "but the average episode is an 8" crap arguments. There was only one grade below the median when you started complaining.

Show me where it is off exactly? Like I said when you posted about the number of haters, only one score was below 5/10. Unless you have bleedingly high standards, I'd say that your math is off.

One of the finest episodes in the series.

 

6/10 Just barely above average on account of the decent voice acting in the exchange between Anakin and Ahsoka at the end. I would have taken away more than four points on account of the character assassination of Barriss and the lame-duck Jedi Council. I probably should have, but when an animated show can actually make me feel like one of the characters, that makes it above average. I was right there with Ahsoka at the end...which is interesting because I always considered her a bit odd.
