True, that. Whenever I read some of the EU Canon related threads on the Literature board, I'm almost tempted to write massive, muilti-paragraph screeds which in TLR terms would amount to "Get some perspective, SW will survive with or without you, it's not the end of the world that something only a minority of people will read takes a backseat to something a majority will see, etc.

But I don't, maybe because I don't want to be flamed. And I say all this as someone who does partake of the SW EU, believe it or not.
