It is necessary to re-post those huge pictures when most of them are about Ahsoka.

I agree with what others have said there should be a death of the year...

 

Is it to late to just add a Death of the year category and post those? Will give this a little more longevity. That's a real toss up but I'll stick with season 5 stuff. I've thought about doing a separate second list for season 4.

If you are talking physical death I would also go with Pre Vizsla. Only because it was also the death of Jon Faveru's involvement in SW. I really was hoping he'd be the director of ST

 

No, he's dead. He didn't have the drive or willpower to continue hanging onto life like his brother did. Unlike Maul and the vast majority of the Sith, he simply accepted his fate and passed on.

Agreed. Savage was not really the beast Talzin turned him into with her darkside black magic or whatever. He is really nothing like Maul. The real Savage may still be a brute but he was capable of love as we saw from him protecting his brother and I don't think the pre-transformation Savage would have been choking random waitresses. Savage was turned into what he was against his will and made to kill his own brother. Savage goes back to being his true self and dies that way. He even dies with his brother holding his hand. Savage's death was probably the single best done death in all TCW.

 

Even if she does, we'll never get to see it.

 

I would have much rather had savage live to do more. He still had an unsettled bone to pick with Ventress & Dooku.

 

I don't know, with the spell broken it seems like Ventress would have been kicking Savage's big ass around like a football. He character arc reached full circle.

After much deliberation, I'll add Satine's death for Death of the Year, in part due to the the fact that it generated the most emotional response for me out of all the deaths, particularly in regard to the effect on Obi-Wan; the animation of that scene was tragically brilliant. Now, I feel much the same way about Savage's death, and Pre Vizsla deserves props for the way he went down, fully accepting of his demise, which in hindsight contrasts well with how Maul reacted when at the mercy of Sidious. Honor vs. cowardice. Also, I guess I chose Satine because I already voted Savage and Vizsla for other categories, and I like a good balance.

Quintuple decapitation FTW! If they have an Episode 14 for Season 6 produced, it better include a simultaneous 6-way decapitation!

P.S. I noticed that all the character deaths on the "Who will fall?" poster occurred in the Shadow Conspiracy arc. That was one brutal arc, could they not have spread out more major character demises throughout the season?

 

I've cried once, and it was during that scene. I was literally trying to hold back tears for the rest of the day.

Maul performed a quintuple decapitation during Revenge. No one seems to remember that time though.

 

Wait wtf I dont remember them showing savage cut off all their heads....was this censored like the ventress kiss?
