Speaking of which...technically speaking, at least as far as the RPGs (Shadow Wars and Aflame) go, EUC and SWC Force Users are around at the same time. At least, I assume so considering that the NJT was playing as their own group in Shadow Wars at one point.

And I only made the AJO since Danny wouldn't be allowed in the NJO and I don't have time for the NJT

 

Like I said, no worries.

It goes, matters are proceeding at the usual snail like pace for any legislative body.

Sky Guy, Aflame and Shadow Wars aren't linked though so what happens in one has no effect on the other. Kind of irrelevant if members from one group are in each game.

As for the reasoning behind the AJO, it makes sense to me. Seems like Chewie is in the same boat.

I only used Aflame since Danny is Shadow Wars Danny, and Sinre has Malkuth

Different games. Same basic model for the characters to be sure, but different games. Basically they are in AU from each other.

 

That's what I assumed at first. Then you have Sinre making various references to Shadow Wars. So:

(unless we are assuming an AU end to Shadow Wars, since this would take place after it ended. Which would make some sense)

 

A Shadow Wars still happened in the AU of Aflame (or is Shadow wars the AU of Aflame, depends on your point of reference I guess. ) ...maybe even many of the same events. But events going forward in Shadow Wars have no effect on Aflame and the events of Aflame have no affect on Shadow Wars. Think of it like the many AU episodes of Stargate. Same basic people and events, but slight differences.

 

That's what I started doing so I don't go:

that's the way I view all my RP's, even the ones with some of the same characters. Keeps things easier to explain if a foulup happens between the two.

EDIT: though to be honest I do try to keep things as close I can usually.

 

I stopped trying to keep continuity a long time ago.

None are really necessary. It is not up to me who you want to "be" as a character here. You want to be a Jedi, you're a Jedi. I want to be a Mandalorian I'm a Mando. It's all pretty simple. I just got confused and thought you were looking to be a member of the SWC's official Jedi order, the NJT (New Jedi Trials) I mentioned earlier, as EUC/GoL ranks don't translate here. It allows for someone to have a Sithly and a Jedi type persona if they like. Jedi here, Sith there etc.

 

They are in sync yes, but I always viewed their "actions" as separate. For example one could plop their character from one into the other and "ignore" previous actions if they so wanted. Or is that mistaken Sinre?

 

I prefer to think of them as separate entities. Mostly because I haven't played Shadow War in years.

 

I agree, nicer when you can keep things neat and tidy. But I like vague-ness to keep things open, just in case.

 

I always like to be vague, especially when it comes to RPs.
