I think technically you are right. I just went for the example that I figure most people would be familiar with.

Finally got my issue! It was starting to get good then it was over..not enough time to delve into the characters,or get a feel for what is going on except the galaxy is still healing from WAR..overall short but sweet teaser issue..can't wait to read more. Good concept so far but more less going to a Twilek-filled dance club with free drinks but the bar closes when you introduce yourself to someone of interest. Shadojoker

I thought all those issues where due to FotJ not yet clarifying how Jaina and Jag's relationship would end, so they assumed it would but just didnt confirm it in Legacy to leave the writters there some wiggle room... or at least not spoil the audience.

Anyways just picked up issue 1. I liked it, fun relationship between Ania and Sauk, lolz at another Solo shooting first, but too short for any real developments, and artwork was only ok (love the cover), nice to get some hints of fallout since the last Legacy comics. So any guesses if Ania is force sensitive or is the saber just a red herring and she has no force sensitivity.

I think Fel kinda of implied it but Cade would simply not care anyway

Would this be at Barnes and Nobles at the comics section in the front?

In my experience, the comic racks at B&N tend not to get stuff until it's a few weeks old. But it's always possible.

I read this back on Wed. It's a good start- I like the switch angle and the reaction to the lightsaber. The art style kinda reminds me of Classic SW with the heavy inks. And K'Kruhk continues to threaten the streak of Vampire Nicholas Cage.

Yeah--I see a lot more Al Williamson in the art than I do Cam Kennedy.

Read it. Liked it. Thought the scratchy, inky art style worked for the tone. Want to read more. Paralysed with fear that this and all other good things in the EU are about to get thirteen thirteened.

Ohhhh, that's a nice ref neatly woven in.

Can't say I disagree, but until it happens, let's enjoy what we have.

Meanwhile I must resist the temptation to buy this and wait for the trade.

I checked mine. No Legacy. Just Star Woods #3.

I didn't even see any Fire Carrier period!

No digital copy unlike the new Star Wars comic, which whilst I suppose I shouldn't be surprised but would have made it easier to coax others into wanting to get their own copies...
Anyone seen a podcast review of the first issue?

Do we have any sales figures for this issue yet? I am very interested to see how it did.

Afraid we will have to wait for a month until Diamond gives us an estimate.

With how many buy digital direct from DH now, is that even factored into the Diamond figures?

Finally got to read it. Enjoyed it quite a lot. Very nice to see so many familiar faces - I wasn't expecting that. :) Looking forward to more.

My comic shop owner pointed to Ania on the cover and asked, "Is that....Jaina?" I told him no, but probably a descendant. I was just impressed he knew who Jaina was, LOL.

Very fun 1st issue. Not as earth-shattering as Legacy Broken 1 but just as enjoyable. Love the art. Ania should be a fun protagonist to follow. Looking forward to seeing where this goes.

It's interesting to me how low Ania Solo is on the totem pole. She's scrapping to get by trying to find stuff in junk piles to sale. Being most likely the Grand-daughter of Allana and a descendant of Tenel Ka, how could she go from being in line for the Hapes throne to a garbage collector?
