    Well, GIL, I'll be doing homework while we wait - I just found out my worker retaining funding was approved! Two of my courses are online, one is one day a week.... *WHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO* I'll be working on my second degree, but this one in travel and hospitality...

    Ya know, Boston has thus far kinda disappointed me in it's hate for the Yankees.(I honestly don't care either way, I just say I root for the Sox so I don't get beaten up. ;) ) When I moved up here I expected it to be rampant and all consuming. I once was on the T and as we were approaching the Fenway stop the driver says, "The driver of this train would just like you to know he is a Yankees fan!" and it was a day the Red Sox's were playing the Yankees and there was NO reaction. I know a lot of people don't really pay attention to the announcements but this one was really loud!

    Yeah, I get the same feeling in New York. I wear my Sox and Pats shirts all the time and no one so much as bats an eye. The one time a guy did notice he joked about it, but in a really friendly way. Even when I went to a party in my Pats jersey when we were playing the Giants in the Super Bowl no one really gave me any ****. [face_dunno]

    At every PWG wrestling show I go to, there's these 2 guys who sit he front row (near the wrestler's entrance) who always wear S.F. Giants gear. Last October, on the night of game 3 of the World Series, there was a show, and I (as I was wearing my Dodgers hat that night) kept exchanging dirty looks with those guys.
