I mean, besides the GFFA.

 

Hot red head who sexed up ole' Wilhuff (I bet he did huff!) returns to the great galaxy and institutes "DAALA SMASH!" policy to bring down the New Republic while Luke gets his Obi-wan on and starts the New Jedi Order in what will be the main lasting legacy of KJA.

The novel that will leave you wondering how Stackpole was able to make I, Jedi a good story when he retold the same events.

 

Lando watches a bunch of jello globs* race each other, Luke scares away a space hobo's flock of seagulls after fighting that fire dragon boss from Ocarina of Time, and Han has a bad trip involving glitterstim.

*Really, whenever I imagine the Umgullian blob races I just imagine a bunch of the Chu-Chus from the Zelda games.

 

Daala makes her first real command decision, thus commencing her reign of incompetence.

 

Finally, new Jedi and yet meh...

 

A decent start to an overall bad trilogy, but oh so important, even today, to the Star Wars EU mythos.

 

A book that has nothing to do with the Jedi Academy nor Jedi training and showcases the biggest pathetic character of all time: Daala

 

An interesting premise which could have been handled so much better with a moderately competent Author

 

The unintentional beginning of Luke's ineptitude as a Jedi Master, Leia's terrible parenting, and Han's destruction of the Galactic Alliance (by releasing Daala upon the galaxy).

 

You left out Obi-wan Han meeting Anakin Kyp who is lured to the darkside by Palpatine Exar Kun

 

One wonders--if Han had never shown up, would she still be in there, sitting by the phone and wondering why ol' Willy was giving her the silent treatment?

 

Presidential candidate Natasi Daala kicks off her bid for leader of the free galaxy with her first public relations tour, but a number of serious gaffes at early campaign stops and alleged links to groups manufacturing weapons of mass destruction limit her prospects in this first Presidential race.

 

Look out New Republic, Daala has FOUR STAR DESTROYERS!
