Anyways, this may be the first time a non-Helmsman winner gets picked #1. I'll take this into account in my Mock Draft, even though in theory the Lightning wouldn't be guaranteed a spot in the ELL at this time in the narrative, if we go off of how league promotions work (and would hence not be factored in just yet).

 

Eh, we've had to bend space and time to accommodate that before.

I'm going to say with 100% certainty that this season there's no way Ylesia's drafting a human, and probably not until the GM gets kicked off. I'll think about it for the future though.

 

I'll just skip ahead to the offseason with that post so that there's no confusion.

Well, we know that Bardan had to change things to draft players, so Becca probably will have to at some point as well.

 

Yeah, I rather like having non-mandos on the team. I was going to do a story line about them playing well and earning acceptance on manda'yaim last season but my team's record blew it out of the water before I could get it started. Even a half decent year and a .500 record would have worked. But going 1-6? Yeah no respect getting earned there.
