In other news, Paolo Di Canio's hired by Sunderland.

ahahahahahhahaa.... this is going to be interesting. Apparently David Milliband resigned because of him.

Caughtoffside is as reliable as Di Canio's state of mind. Ronaldo would never play for CFC either.

Risky move by Sunderland. They should never have sold the mighty Bent.

Also, hell of a win for Bayern!

I thought you were going to say Kyp's season ticket holding Arsenal supporter friend.

Is it because he's afraid that Terry would sleep with his girlfriend?

He's afraid John Terry will try to become his girlfriend.

Not often you get one of the goals of the season and one of the saves of the season in the same match

I felt sorry for Danny and Chicha. They couldn't score simply because they were getting scrap balls. Nani was ineffective, so was Valencia at right back. Carrick is no Mata in terms of creating chances. I'm not a huge fan of Smalling atm.

What a finish in Paris. 2 AG way too many to give up against Barcelona, but I thought PSG was going to get run off the pitch.

I'm surprised he could say anything with a mouthful of golden balls.

I have to look up how many times teams have managed a 1-1 or 2-2 draw at home vs Barca in recent years and then gotten blown out on the Camp Nou return leg. Stuttgart and Arsenal come to mind. I fully expect the same vs PSG.

Good win by Bayern, did all the things right vs Juve last night that Germany did wrong vs Italy last summer. Pirlo was the over the hill player Milan dumped two years ago.

It's kind of hard to imagine anyone beating Bayern at the moment. I'm starting to feel sorry for Guardiola, you're supposed to join a team when they're in a slump not when they're in top form. :p

    Anyway how's the nose, yankee?

Cast came off yesterday, go back to work tomorrow. Had a beer watching the match last night, first in a while.

As for Bayern, one bad thing last night was their wastefulness, should have score 2 or 3 in the first half. Could come back to haunt them against Barca or Real, like it did against Chelski last year.

On the other hand, their pressing with Mandzukic and Müller last night was tremendous, really key to the match.

Nani only proved why he needs to be sold.

Good matches in the CL, Barca not seeing out their game and Bayern looking good.

As for Di Canio, he'll be fun and I look forward to the team goose-stepping onto the pitch each match :p

Congrats to Bayern. Champions with 6 games remaining. Man U should match that with a win tomorrow night.

And the only thing that keeps me going (apart from the thought of Mourinho returning) is the happy thought of Stoke's demise and hopeful relegation.

Schweinsteiger's goal to wrap up the title was a lovely, cheeky little back heel

Great goal by Loric Remy, would be weird though if Goal of the Season was by a team that gets relegated.
