I think she's a very good actor, but not as pretty as Liv, nor did Galadriel have a big part in the trilogy.

 

Liv may be prettier in the conventional sense, but Cait is a thousand times sexier.

The best feature is the behinds the scenes docu Cait v Liv; mud wrestling for Elven supremacy.

 

I think you may be mistaking Cate for Tilda Swinton who played Gabriel in Constantine. She also played the White Witch in the Narnia films.
