My son informs me that Yoda has carried the day, however. Still, there's no dishonor in loing to Master Yoda. I'm sure Obi-Wan would not mind in the least.

Ah, what a shame. We won't be getting another Obi v Vader match. Still, it seems to have been a close one, and Yoda does have seniority...

 

Exactly. Besides, "Strong enough to defeat the Emperor you are not." I personally hope it comes down to Yoda and Palps and Old Wrinkly gets fried this time.
And then Obi-Wan won't have to go into exile, which would be a plus.

 

Well, honorable defeat or not, Obi-Wan rules!

Friday greetings to thee

 

It's Saturday for me now, in which I won't be able to update my fic. Which I prefer to do on Saturday's. Unless I manage to write three and a half scenes before midnight but it's unlikely

Going to have to start concentrating on uni stuff again (though I'm on my holidays I want to start studying and get ahead) so I'm going to have less time to spend on forums and even less time writing fic!

 

In the words of Hondo Ohnaka, "very honorable Master Jedi." Good luck in school and we shall perhpas simply have to wait until summertime for more story, hm?

 

I'd offer to fill the void, but, eh, no muse and getting buried anyway...good luck with school.

 

BAM! Another story finished. And no happy ending, Obi-fans, no-ho-ho.
BUt he sure will look adorable in /dark/ tunics next time around. It's all about the costume changes, afetr all.

You've got those last couple of chapters out in double quick time! It's an example to those of us who spend months on a single chapter.

 

Dark tunics, huh. Ruth, you've made me use a bunch of tissue..shame on you...

Empty and broken and benig trained as a Sentinal (which I assume will be Dooku's plan)...can't be good for our Obi...

Treat him with care, Ruth, or you will have many angry, red eyed (from crying ) Obi fans on your hands...

 

I got stuck at one point, so I just wrote Obi into the shower and stayed there for a few paragraphs until the Muse got all fired up again. It seems to be an effective technique. I recommend it highly.

 

Oh please. He'll be so drop-dead in the dark tunics and the two sabers and all that nobody will notice me lurking in the background.

How about Obi-Wan in dark clothes with two sabers wreaking glorious havoc among the legions of the undead?
In my present adrenaline saturated state, that sort of appeals immensely. Carnage. And dark pants. Yeah.
