normally i make fun of people who care so much about spoilers but yeah if i found out about the finale ahead of time id end somebody

 

so i guess season 5 comes out home video-wise on june 5. i'm guessing this is the first 8 only. i wonder what they are going to call the rest of the season?

 

I was hoping they'd just wait and release the whole thing in one set, but money, I guess.

And they'll probably call the last one something silly like "The Fifth Season, Part 2."

 

yeah that's what The Sopranos did.

 

They could just give up with the "one season with a 12 month break" line and just call the last one Season Six.

 

So would I have to wait for 'The Complete Fifth Season' or buy them both separately?

 

That's probably a safe guess, as they aren't going to release the last eight episodes before they're on tv.

It's unclear if they're going to bother to release it like that. The new Battlestar Galactica, another show which had a year-long break between two halves of its last season, only released a "4.0" and "4.5" set. Season 4 (and 2, which had also been broken up by a much shorter break) wasn't released as a full set except as bundled with the complete series. My guess it will be similar with Breaking Bad: only on the complete series set will you be able to get the complete season 5.

i was suprised when Christopher got whacked. You know how Walt has carried Hank all 5 seasons, i thought Christopher would be Tony's buffer like how Hank is Walt's buffer, in exactly the same way, that Chris and Carmela are family and Hank is a brother in law. (Not my wife's cousin)

 

they're going to keep hank on the toilet for at least three episodes because what he read on the toilet will make him poop with shock and he won't be able to stop poopin'. they'll cut back to him periodically trying to get up from the toilet only to succumb to another poop onslaught.

 

AMC has announced that the second half of the season will start on August 11.
