    That's one thing I've been meaning to do this week while I'm off. We'll see what happens in the next three days. I need to clean out my kids' closets and dresser drawers too.

    Roberto Calrissian : Community is another one that I've been planning to get into, that and Mad Men. I've got The Office in my Netflix queue.

    Community, Walking dead, Game of thrones& Person of Interest are the shows I can't miss. Everything else I can watch later or just drop it altogether if the show starts falling off a bit.

    I'm going to take the big kid to see Jurassic Park in 3-D and then catch up on some good superhero movies. Dark Knight, Dark Knight Rises, The Avengers.

    Not ready for my vacation to be over. [/first world problems]

    My life is vacation. Aside from this week. My flight into Belfast was tossed off schedule which drastically derailed a work deadline that I had mapped out brilliantly in advance. Once I had worked overtime to catch the deadline, my computer in Eire had difficulty managing the PDFs I attempted to send to my editor. And, I didn't have any tea in my kitchen during any of this. [also/first world problems]

    Going to Belfast* was your first mistake - but running out of Tea is just.... :(



    * My sweetest one is one of those "I'm IRISH" (and all that entails) via an Irish grandparent - there are days where I tell him if he's not careful, I'm going to Tattoo 'Up the Republic' on his fore-head and drop him off in the center of town...

    So did anyone check out Hannibal last night? I was hesitant to watch it because I can't stand most network TV programming but decided to give it a shot because of Hugh Dancy and Mads Mikkelsen and the creator Bryan Fuller. I was really pleasantly surprised by how good it was and I just hope NBC keeps it on for awhile.

    I am simply astonished that there is a television series dedicated to cannibalism with the cannibal in a quasi-protagonist role. Not that I am against the idea, mind you. They certainly put together a solid cast.

    It's the moral degradation of society one TV show at a time. At least Star Wars will be made for 4 year old handicap children who would melt like the NAZI's in Indiana Jones at the sign of anything adultish.

    Yeah it is a really good cast and Dancy and Mikkelsen are great together. Mikkelsen really made Hannibal his own in the first episode. Very encouraging start.

    Yup, my son and I will be seeing JP 3D on Sunday... should be cool. Regarding those others... we have The Avengers on DVD, but not TDK or TDKR (yet anyway). I really liked TDK, but TDKR was just OK. My son saw BB and TDK on a plane (not the same as seeing them at home, but still), and he actually prefers the animated TV shows when it comes to Batman.
