Anyways, if Disney is even somewhat paying attention to this tournament, then you can bet that Yoda spinoff film is inevitable. Will be nice to see any PT-era or even pre-PT era spinoffs, so I'm for it.

 

Darth Vader felt like the more obvious winner of the two, so it's great that Yoda won to break the pattern of sorts (and yes, maybe Disney will look closer upon a Yoda spin-off now?).

I was reading this article on advertising just now and had a horrible vision of the future: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-22066153

If you're a tldr-person, it's essentially about how advertisers are trying to find ways to make up for their losses now that so many people watch stuff online or record and skip the ads. So what they've come up with is a method of digitally inserting advertisements in inconspicuous locations in TV shows. And the program distributors are often OK with this.

The article goes on to suggest it's possible -- if not probable -- future ads could be personalized. At which point I had my vision.

Someday, Ahsoka could be standing in front of an ad with your name on it.

I'm off to find a cave to hide in.

 

The results were clearly rigged. There's no way sparkly, good times Disney would let a Dark Side character win.

That would be a dream come true.

 

But what would she advertise? Summer swimwear?

Dissertation update: We're on the home stretch. Final section, military campaigns. Also need to do bibliography and add in maps but that can come later after first draft has been proofread.

Seerow Have you had any hands on experience with the HTC One? I'm thinking about dumping the iPhone and ordering one of those..

 

That was what I thought for a while. I've had an iPhone since the beginning, I'm just ready to try something new. I'm also concerned that Tim Cook will sink Apple over the next few years.

The new HTC One has not come in yet. I'll let you know when I get a chance to play with it. I'm not the biggest fan of HTC honestly. I like Samsung better and the GS4 will be out soon.
