i think if it had actual juice in it i think it would taste weird. also i said things that have some juice can be juice, not that they always are!

It is lemon juice based. Just because lemon juice does not make up the bulk of the drink doesn't change the fact that the key ingredient--the very thing that distinguishes it as lemonade--to lemonade is lemon juice.
