I think this is fake. Leia is still Organa 15 years post RotJ yet Lando has a 15-year old kid

You could depending on the severance agreement.

Do the women take the husbands name in Star Wars marriages? I don't know, actually. In the EU they like the double names but in the movies it is impossible to say.

Maybe the leak was orchestrated by Disney, so they could float the idea past the fans before moving ahead with it.

Starting to look more likely this is fake, Disney would have removed this by now - it's been up for a week and they usually go nuts with trying to keep things quiet. Especially seeing how its been reported by the media (TFN).

I think the only confirmed married women in the movies are Beru Lars, Jobal Naberrie, and Breha Organa, and they all took the last names of their husbands.

If this series was real she would be either Organa-Solo or Solo.

None of these names was mentioned in the movies that I remember. It may be in the scripts and guides but that doesn't matter much.

I think this concept is likely fake but I could easily see Leia keeping her birth name when marrying.

But doesn't your username indicate who you think actually saved Luke? :p

Well yeah, according to Palpatine... you know, the guy Anakin ended up killing in order to save his son.

Kinda like how Apple keeps getting iPhone prototypes 'lost' in bars or stolen. Anything is possible. =b

The thing that makes me think it might possibly be fake also is the plot seems a little to comic bookish. Names like the Shade is just screaming comic book.

If only what appears on screen matters and the scripts don't, Beru and Jobal are in the credits of RotS as Lars and Naberrie respectively.

I can't imagine Leia being married to Han and not using Solo (either Organa-Solo or just Solo).

Not to mention that Leia's birth name is either Skywalker or Amidala/Naberrie. Organa is her adopted name.;)

Any less comic booky than The Phantom Menace or Attack of the Clones (a title many ridiculed at first)?

I think lots of folks ridiculed Ep. II title because they all thought it was going to be called The Clone Wars. Wasn't what they were expecting or personally wanting to see so they just said it stunk.

You do realise they had called them that way to reference what Star Wars was originally based on, Saturday Matinee sci-fi serials? But then again, didn't TESB get flack for the same reason back when it was released in 1980?

    Big surprise...

With that I think this thread should be put down.
