Buff, NY Meeting - May 18, 2013 revised

Please pay close attention to this thread. As of now, the weather looks like it will be a pleasant evening to meet and rehearse outdoors. So, the meeting will begin at 6pm at Bassett Park (corner of Klein and Youngs in Amherst). If the weather should change and become unfavorable to rehearse outdoors, we will move to the community room at McKinley Mall.

If the weather is questionable, a decision to change the location will be made by 4pm on Saturday to give ample notice to everyone. As it stands now, please meet at Bassett Park. Please bring a chair. [\B]

We will continue with the May meeting being held on May 18 as planned. Location will be determined. the meeting will last no more than 30 minutes as the only topics on hand are SWN and North Ridge merchandise.

We will hold the meeting prior to the start of rehearsal. Anyone is welcome to attend the meeting and stick around to see what we have choreographed so far. We welcome your feedback, but ask that you be courteous as to not disrupt the rehearsal.

I will update the location as we lock it down. Meeting start time will be 6pm.

We have set aside May 18 as our next meeting. Is this still good?

I am thinking that we've done most of the set up for SWN and may only need to touch base on updates. We could hold a quick meeting prior to our rehearsal on May 18. If so, I suggest we start a meeting 45 minutes prior to the rehearsal start time.

Please update if this works for you.

For me, it depends on what my wife has planned for me (keep it G-rated please)! We may go out for an early birthday celebration for me in the afternoon and an early dinner (my birthday is the next day, and family celebration is already booked) - halfway to 90 will I be.

 

Now that's just asking too much of us misfits!

 

I'm out I will be out of town for work. I will be in town the week before and after though.....

 

Unknown. Won't know till the beginning of may at the earliest.

 

We are out for the 18th as well. AJ is out of town that weekend and I will, also, be at the dojo.

 

I need to circle back with Bryan to check and see when we are confirmed with the team to film. This meeting does not have much to discuss and would probably only include a shirt update on SWN and review/ place an order for some merch.

I'm thinking that a quick meeting prior to a rehearsal would be better.

Lets sit tight for now until I can confirm with Bryan.

Awe, thanks for the reassurance. I just meant that since I won't be participating in SWN, that I wouldn't be very useful at the rehearsal.

 

sparing partners are always helpful, trust me

 

I would love to come, but i'm going to be shooting a wedding that day, and i won't be able to make my first meeting

 

As long as you're not Canadian you should come out unharmed!

I will be working. Stupid weekend shifts take all the fun out of life. Don't know about Lisa and V.
