PT Nute Gunray's Accent

So, can we agree that Nute Gunray's accent seams to be neimoidian and don't have any real counterparts?

 

While there has been a spirited, informed defence of Watto by PiettsHat and Jedi_Ford_Prefect, I find it distressing how certain people -- or should I say: certain mentalities? -- seem keen to derail threads with persistent negativity and accusatory rhetoric.

Ah, there's our answer. His accent isn't French, or Japanese. It's lolcat.

 

I suppose if he spoke like Kerli, some Estonian would be raging against the machine.

 

His accent is all of the accents.

I just have to say, after seeing that beautiful screenshot of Nute - wow! What an amazing character. Beautiful costume and headdress, and just a wonderfully realized creature.

 

Creature. I like that. Fits in nicely with stunted slime.

If Gunguns are racist against black people, then why is Jar Jar played by a black actor?

 

If black actors playing the parts equaled no racism against blacks there'd be no such thing as blaxploitation!
