What does this symbol mean?

I know it's a Mandalorian insignia, but what does it symbolize? I'm thinking about putting it on the shoulder of the shirt I use to airsoft, but I don't know what it means. Thanks.

 

Su'cuy Boss1138, I have seen it called a Journeyman Protector's emblem, but as far as I know there is nothing canonical to back that up.

yeah i've seen it called the Journeymen Protectors emblem as well and Bardan's right again when he says there is nothing canonical to back it up, at least not that i have seen either.

I think Bethesda could do a good job, with all the detail they put into the Elder Scrolls i'd love to see a KOTOR game out of them, maybe set during the Mandalorian Wars

 

I feel the same way, Darth_Zandalor, with the potential for DICE to develop Battlefront III being perhaps the only bright spot from this situation. Ignoring Origin, which I will continue to avoid at all cost by sticking to consoles for EA games, not that I am interested in many EA games besides Battlefield. Seriously, DICE seems to be the only thing that hasn't been tainted by EA.

No kidding Mando-Man, Bethesda and Star Wars seems like an amazing pairing.

The emblem is definitely on Fett's armor for one. So what has Fett been, a Journeyman Protector, a Super Commando, what else?

Jango doesn't seem to display it on his armour, Bard'ika - I'm wondering if it's a personal sigil of Boba's. The top panel is obviously a drop of blood, the centre could be a stylized plant (Fett = vhett = farmer) but I've no idea what the bottom panel's symbol represents:- unless it's the Mando version of the 'Credits' symbol.

 

It also similar to something seen on a clone pilot from Episode III, so it is not just a Boba thing.



Jaster's Legacy also has a similar emblem.



So perhaps it is a sigil for clan Vhett as a whole, or just a generic Mandalorian thing. Truth is we just don't know.
