I know. I tried that about a week ago. Decent folks. They were out of pork though, and I didn't feel like eating nice people.

one half of a new york strip steak, seasoned with pepper and salt, seared to medium and topped with a tablespoon of butter whipped and combined with raw garlic, green onions, pepper and salt.
asparagus tossed in olive oil and lemon juice, seasoned with pepper and salt
broccoli steamed in a mixture of water and a little bit of that butter.

i didn't get a chance to eat breakfast and i worked during lunch and then when i was eating dinner my reflux kicked in and i couldn't swallow anything for like 20 minutes and by the time i could i had lost my appetite so i'm still pretty hungry and i'm probably just going to snack on some cocktail peanuts here in a bit.

Go light on the red meat. Make sure you eat vegetarian more meals than not.

You have to, because you already signed up for the thread. You made your bed, now sleep in it.

I have yet to receive any dietary advice. This weight loss program sucks.

Let's see, so far I've had a egg, spam and cheese sandwich for breakfast. Had some cheerios as a mid-morning snack. Had some porkchops with rice for lunch. Had a yogurt for snack a couple of hours ago. I figure I'll have steak for dinner tonight unless there's a change of plans.

I hardly eat veggies and am not a fan of them. And unfortunately I've always been a sweet-tooth and I have the gut to show for it. But, I ain't too young anymore and have to lose weight. :(

Breakfast: Oatmeal and a cup of coffee
Lunch: 3 spring rolls (crispy) and a side salad with honey mustard dressing.
    Snack: strawberries & banana

Lose the spring rolls. Eat this and only this (ex spring rolls) every day for a week.

What's with all the ****ing red meat? Not good for you. Big meal. Snack. Big meal. Snack. Big meal. This is not a good thing. Spam is not a good thing.

You're not needing the snacks. At all.

Most people could live on what you eat for snacks.

Cheerios with skim milk for breakfast
    porkchops with rice for lunch
yogurt with some fruit and a salad for dinner.

Eat one handful of pretzels and an apple before you go to bed maybe. One serving of red meat a day! Preferably one every other day.

Three sticks of butter and a few ounces of boiled pork fat. I had a mayonnaise and lard shake for dessert.

You would like Sasaka, a specialty from my wife's home province in Austria. It's a mixture of pureed salt, pepper, garlic and bacon forming a pasty substance you spread on bread whenever you want to cause yourself significant coronary damage.

that's probably too many servings of poultry and fruit for one day.

replace with two turtle dove eggs for breakfast,

a raw pear for lunch with a tablespoon of peanut butter

a roast partridge for dinner, served over a warm pear compote.

I assume you meant a grilled talapia fillet (rubbed with cinnamon, cumin and salt), served with roast potato and a mango/red onion salsa.

Judging by the "last purchase" and "last thing you ate" threads, the only time Juliet leaves the house is to get food... and it's almost always fast food.
